Waitlist open from birth

The waitlist at Camp Hill Kindy is open from birth. With only 88 kindergarten positions and 18 pre-kindergarten positions available each year, Camp Hill Kindy is very popular, so we advise you to submit the waitlist form as soon as possible. Your child’s name must be on our waitlist for an enrolment offer to be made to you.

We recommend you add your child’s name to our waitlist before they turn two.

Pre-kindergarten program

Camp Hill Kindy offers a three-year old pre-kindergarten program to children on the kindergarten waitlist. There is no separate waitlist. To be offered a place in the pre-kindergarten program, the child needs to have turned 3 by December 31 in the year prior to the year they are due to attend kindergarten.

There is a $20 waitlist fee per child for the pre-kindergarten program. The waitlist fee payment can be made via Direct Deposit:

Kindergarten program

Children must be four years old by June 30 in the year they attend. *

Note: Kindergarten is a part-time educational program for children in the year before Prep. Kindergarten is 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year and is free for Queensland children attending a government-approved kindergarten program.

There is no waitlist fee for this program.

If born between – 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 they will attend in 2028

If born between – 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 they will attend in 2029

If born between – 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 they will attend in 2030
